Dr. Minna Allarakhia

Founder

Dr. Minna Allarakhia is the CEO of Engaged Thinking Associates. The organization collaborates with various Canadian and international partners in the sustainability and purpose-driven space. This year, its goal is to empower young women, mothers, older women, and racialized women entrepreneurs to amplify their impact across the world. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Brown University. Dr. Allarakhia's 20 years of professional experiences including as faculty for 15 years, encompass human centered leadership development, sustainability management, social innovation, and gender advocacy.
